THE BRIDE
Sara Hope grew up in the Atlanta area and spent her early career studying theatre and design, earning a BFA and working as a designer before heading west for adventure in Santa Monica — where she has thrived in the Silicon Beach tech world as a creator-founder and marketing executive.
It took a few years to find Jeff in sunny Santa Monica, but she knew almost instantly he was the one, and they have been inseparable ever since!
In addition to her meaningful daily work as CEO of a tech startup, Sara is working towards a Master’s degree at USC IYA (Integrated Design, Business, & Technology), an academic think tank where she works on emerging technologies. Go Trojans!
Sara is madly in love with Jeff, who is incredibly supportive of her endeavors, and is grateful to be starting this new chapter with him and her beloved dog, Blue, in their favorite seaside community in California!
THE GROOM
Jeff Saville, a proud Trojan, grew up in Utah, Ohio, and San Diego, where his passion for curiosity and storytelling were nurtured at the University of Southern California, earning a degree in Film. His journey through the cinematic world over the last couple of decades is as vast as it is intriguing –– including working on several weddings for the big screen. 😉
Yet, amidst the plot of life, his heart found its truest script in Santa Monica, where fate introduced him to Sara. Now, he stands on the threshold of his own matrimony, a culmination of years behind the camera, now in front of it to celebrate his own love story.
Transitioning from bustling sets to writing for film and television, his days are immersed in crafting scripted narratives, setting sights on bringing his stories to life through producing.
Together, they've embarked on a new journey on the picturesque shores of Laguna Beach, creating his greatest story of love, waiting to be told.
In their idyllic coastal haven, Jeff and Sara share more than just a home; they share a deep-seated love for the marine world. Training to become Tide Pool Docents has become a cherished pastime, a way to connect with nature and each other, driven by a mutual fascination with marine biology.
As Jeff and Sara prepare to turn the page to this new chapter, their story is a testament to the power of love, adventure, and the pursuit of a new beginning in Laguna Beach, where the waves whisper promises of tomorrow as they explore the mysteries of the tide together and a create a lifetime of love.
